Paid work requires an approved scope, price range, payment structure, and written next step. Work outside the approved scope may require a change request, new estimate, or separate project.
These terms describe the baseline expectations for working with Overton Digital. Project-specific details are handled through the applicable written scope, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate business information, legal rights to supplied content, access to required accounts, and approvals needed to move the project forward.
Payment terms, deposits, milestone payments, subscriptions, support retainers, and delivery timing are defined in the applicable project agreement, invoice, or written scope.
Clients own their business content, data, domain, and brand assets. Overton Digital retains ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, internal modules, software tools, workflows, and shared infrastructure patterns unless a separate code transfer or buyout agreement is signed.
Support plans are optional unless required by a specific software system. Clients without an active support plan may request updates or help at the current hourly support rate and scheduling priority.
Overton Digital may decline or discontinue work involving unlawful activity, deceptive practices, abusive behavior, unsafe access requests, nonpayment, or work outside the current service scope.
Websites and systems may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, analytics, payment processors, calendars, AI providers, maps, media tools, or integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
Overton Digital builds practical websites, content, and systems intended to improve clarity, trust, workflow, and follow-up. Specific revenue, ranking, traffic, or lead outcomes are not guaranteed.
